How can we support Singapore’s vision of becoming a regional philanthropic hub across our activities? As the industry body for EAMs, IAMs and family offices in Singapore, we were honored to be able to co-organise a half-day workshop with UBS Singapore on “Establishing Singapore as a Philanthropic Hub – Your role” yesterday, to improve awareness and drive better outcomes beyond ‘chequebook philanthropy’.
Eminent industry leaders, thought leaders and passionate advocates [Sheryl, Fofaria, David Chee, Egwin Fan, Phillip Wang, Carol Liew, Weina Li, Edwin Lee, Joseph Gan, Hui Fang] within the philanthropy realm took centre stage at the UBS University, who generously shared their insights on #philanthropy and the approaches to driving social #impact in their philanthropic endeavours to an inclusive AIWM community.
We hope through this sharing, our members will have a different perspective and be equipped with the know-hows and strategies to practise philanthropy, open a new world of conversations and provide a deeper level of support for their clients.
Special thanks to UBS Singapore and our speakers for your strong support and domain expertise towards this meaningful collaboration.
