Ress Capital is an alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) focusing on the secondary market for US life insurance policies. Our flagship fund, Ress Life Investments was launched in 2011 and has one of the longest continuous track records in the asset class. The fund is listed at NASDAQ Nordic.

Investing in life insurance policies offers investors attractive returns combined with excellent credit quality and low correlation with bonds and equities. The main risk, longevity, is uncorrelated to most other asset classes. The market is also well regulated, and brokers and insurance agents are authorized on a state level in the US.

Ress Capital employs ten people at its office in Stockholm, Sweden. The firm has also developed proprietary portfolio management systems and pricing models. The management team has extensive experience in life settlements.

What role does Ress Capital play in the EAM ecosystem?

Singapore is an important market for us since many years. Both family offices and EAM’s based in Singapore have invested in the fund and for us becoming AIWM member is a logical next step to show our commitment to both our clients and the investor community in Singapore.
