Mario Knoepfel
Mario is leading the Sustainable Investing Advisory team for Asia-Pacific since 2015. In his role, Mario advises private wealth clients and family offices on sustainability aspects, helping them incorporate personal values in investment portfolios across asset classes, investing with social and environmental impact through innovative public and private markets solutions and driving education and awareness efforts in the region.
Working for UBS Global Wealth Management since 2001, Mario moved to Hong Kong in early 2013 to establish the Hong Kong presence of the UBS Optimus-Foundation. Prior, he worked for UBS Wealth Management in different positions in Zurich and Moscow with a strong focus on advising the bank’s ultra-high-net-worth clients and developing this client segment strategically.
Mario is a frequent speaker on conferences and featured regularly in media in the region, sharing latest views and trends on sustainable investments and is a member of multiple industry working groups on sustainable finance. He’s also sharing on the topic at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Pearlyn Chew
Pearlyn specialises in providing Singapore income tax and international income tax advice including structuring and transaction-based advice tax advisory in the private wealth / asset and fund management space as well as in the real estate sectors. She has over 14 years of experience in this industry.
Pearlyn also has experienced working in the tax financial advisory sector with global asset managers during an 18-month secondment to New York, United states.

Rolf Haudenschild is the Co-founder of Ingenia Consultants Pte Ltd He supports small and medium-sized financial institutions in their compliance, providing practical, client-focused advice since 2012. Prior to starting his own consultancy, Rolf initially worked as a lawyer in corporate governance for a leading international private banking group before joining the financial regulator on enforcement and drafting of policies.
Rolf is a recognized expert in compliance in wealth management, namely for external asset managers. He constantly remains at the forefront of developments working with several fintech companies, including virtual asset service providers, and exploring regtech.
