AIAM Extraordinary General Meeting

We cordially invite you to join the AIAM’s first virtual extraordinary general meeting to be held on Wednesday, 17 March 2021 at 4 PM. We are calling this meeting to formalize the recent motion to rename the AIAM and to formally approve the small but nuanced change.

The agenda of the meeting is

1. Establish a quorum and;
2. Hold a vote on to approve/reject the name change of the association from ‘Association of Independent Asset Managers (Singapore)’, being the association’s current name to  ‘Association of Independent Wealth Managers (Singapore)’, being the proposed name

To obtain the necessary quorum for the vote, we urge all ordinary members to participate in the meeting.
