Dear AIWM members and friends,

I am honoured to introduce myself as a new committee member overseeing education at the Association of Independent Wealth Managers (AIWM) Singapore.  With over 20 years of experience in the investment industry, including roles at financial institutions like Credit Suisse and Citibank, I’ve guided clients in bonds, stocks, derivatives, hedge funds, and insurance. As CEO of Avallis Investments, I am thrilled to contribute to AIWM’s mission to empower independent wealth managers.

Education has always been a cornerstone of success in our industry, especially as we navigate an ever-evolving financial landscape.  As a committee member, my goal is to ensure that our members have access to high-quality educational resources that address the challenges and opportunities ahead.  From emerging technologies to new regulatory frameworks, it is vital that we stay ahead of the curve to provide the best solutions for our clients.

In that spirit, I’m pleased to invite you to our AIWM Professional Excellence education workshop, which will take place on 24 October 2024 at the Fullerton Hotel Singapore.  This event offers practical insights into the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovative strategies.  The workshop will also provide a valuable opportunity to network with peers and thought leaders in wealth management.
