Welcome Lisa Foo to the AIWM family. As Business Manager & Communications Specialist, Lisa will drive and coordinate the activities of AIWM and deepen engagement with its members in delivering AIWM’s key messages through to our target audiences.

She brings with her over 10 years of experience from the financial services sector. Prior to joining AIWM, she was Senior Manager in a leading pan-Asian life insurer and successfully developed and implemented the customer engagement strategies and loyalty programmes for the masses and affluent customer segments.

Thereafter, she created narratives for a renowned financial institution with footprints in Singapore and Malaysia to raise its profile, industry thought leadership position and executive profiling of senior leadership team with the media, industry and relevant stakeholders.

During her leisure time, Lisa enjoys experimenting new dishes for her family, taking her Grade 2 piano lessons and has a crippling obsession with online shopping.
